Project 52: Week 1 of 52 - Gold Creek

Ok....This is my first try at blogging and my first time to commit to something, other than work or family, for every week of the year...I welcome Project 52.

Project 52 for me will be posting pictures from the great state of Washington...I feel one of the most under-rated places for photography. Hopefully by the end of the year, I will have transformed your opinion of this....and not only feel the need, but compelled to come visit this wonderful place. I am so blessed to have lived here my entire life and want to share it with everyone...as I see it....through my lens.

Enjoy!

Ok...so I am new to this! I should have also shared that Gold Creek is located about an hour east of Seattle (up I-90 for you locals...) at Snoqualmie Pass. It has plenty of trails to hike in the Spring-Fall seasons and great areas for snow shoeing or cross country skiing in the winter. It's also great for beginners in any season since the terrain is fairly level.

  2. Beautiful!! I love Washington! I don't get over there from Western Montana nearly as often as I used to, but I love it over there. It's a beautiful state!
